The Firm

A litigation practice built in the courtroom since 2014.

Founded by Advocate Pradeep Gahalot, the firm has spent over a decade representing individuals and businesses in contested matters across every tier of the Delhi judiciary — from bail applications and trials in the district courts to appeals and petitions before the High Court of Delhi and the Supreme Court of India.

From 2022 to February 2026, Mr. Gahalot served as Additional Public Prosecutor in the High Court of Delhi, appearing for the State in more than 2,000 criminal cases — bail applications, criminal miscellaneous petitions, criminal appeals, and revisions. That tenure brings a rare advantage to the firm's criminal practice: first-hand insight into how the prosecution builds, argues, and defends its cases.

The practice is deliberately focused on litigation. Every matter is prepared with the assumption that it will be fought — pleadings drafted with precision, evidence marshalled early, and strategy shaped around how the case will actually unfold before a judge.

How We Work

Every matter is treated as if it will be decided in court.

Litigation rewards preparation. The firm's method is straightforward: understand the facts completely, advise the client honestly on the strength of the case, and then pursue it with discipline at every hearing.

  • Candid first assessment A clear-eyed view of your case — its strengths, weaknesses, likely timeline and cost — before you commit.
  • One point of responsibility Your matter is handled by the advocate arguing it, not passed between hands.
  • Prepared for every hearing Pleadings, evidence and arguments ready in advance — no adjournments sought for want of preparation.
  • Regular client updates You are informed after every listing: what happened, what comes next, and what is needed from you.
